What if I don't raise £150?
The money you raise can make a huge difference to the 1 in 8 men who will get prostate cancer. It could help fund lifesaving research and provide vital support services to men and their families, who are navigating this disease.
£150 is the amount to aim for, but we understand that it’s not always attainable, especially in the current climate.
We WON’T ask you to make up the difference if you don’t raise £150, we just ask that you try your best. We really appreciate your support and anything you can raise really will help to make a difference.

Why is Prostate Cancer UK only hosting a March for Men in London again this year, and not other regions, as they have in previous years?
March for Men is one of the highlights of our year. It’s a special opportunity for anyone who’s been affected by prostate cancer to come together, connect with others and share their experiences. In recent years, thousands of people have joined us at our March for Men event in Battersea Park, London, and held their own local marches, raising vital funds towards life-saving prostate cancer research and support for men and their loved ones across the UK. We know it’s more than just a walk in the park - and that all of these events mean a lot to everyone who takes part. They mean a lot to us too.
We want to make sure March for Men is a sustainable event that we can continue to run long into the future. But we know there are significant costs that come with organising multiple in-person events in different regions - and in recent years we’ve seen these costs continue to rise. To make sure we continue to provide a great experience for everyone who takes part while also raising vital funds, we’ve made the decision to return to Battersea Park for March for Men in 2025. And we’re working hard to make this year’s event bigger and better than ever before.
We hope lots of our supporters will be able to join us in Battersea Park on 14 June, coming together with thousands of others for a truly memorable day. But we also recognise it may be disappointing for those who are unable to join us in London. There are lots of other ways to support us and we’ll be providing lots of resources to help our supporters organise their own march in their local area. You can find lots more information and ways to get involved here.
If there’s something we’ve not covered above please let us know by calling 0203 310 7034 or contact us via email at marchformen@prostatecanceruk.org and we’ll do our best to help.
You can also check out our Facebook Group for updates and discover a whole community offering help and support.
