My story

This June I’ll be taking on the 10km March for Men through London to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

Your donation can make a huge difference to the 1 in 8 men who will get prostate cancer. It could help fund lifesaving research and provide vital support services to men and their families who are navigating this disease.

I'm inspired to take on this challenge as my eyes have been opened in recent years to the importance of testing and being diagnosed early.

As a Charlton fan, I'm proud to of witnessed many lives being changed by PSA tests being accessible on the clubs annual Mens Health Day. An initiative that former Head of Player Care Tracey Leaburn worked so hard for.

The conversation around PSA has also increased with high profile figures who've publicly revealed Prostate Cancer experiences like Sir Chris Hoy, Chris Houghton and Eddie Jordan, a powerful reminder that any man can be affected by this disease.

Great steps have been made in recent years combatting this disease, but there is still plenty of work to be done and that's why any donation (big or small) is vital
